Duty Officer

The Duty Officer plays a crucial role in managing the safe running of the centre across all staff teams and working patterns, predominantly between 07:45 and 22:30. The Duty Officer also has the responsibility of ensuring the safe running of the centre when Care and Education Managers are not present.

Salary: £40,177 - £42,519 per annum
Hours of work: Rotational 4 weekly shift pattern including early, mid, late and weekend shifts – predominantly between 07:45 and 22:30

Residential Care Worker

The Residential Care Worker is a key position promoting and upholding the vision and values of the GSC as a place of care, safety and learning.We are seeking to appoint caring, child-centred, hard-working and resilient individuals with a motivation to be a positive role model and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.

Salary: £30,084.30 - £36,889.83 dependent on level of qualification held
